Breakfast Banana Split Recipe

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • Toasted rolled oats
  • Orange sections
  1. Peel bananas and slice them in half lengthwise. Place in a 9-inch glass pie plate and sprinkle with orange juice. Microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes. Sprinkle oats over bananas; top with orange slices.
