- 1 (1 pound) loaf round uncut Hawaiian bread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound Archer Farms® chorizo sausage, casings removed and crumbled
- 1 (16 ounce) jar Archer Farms salsa con queso
- Sliced green onions (optional)
- Assorted veggies, such as jicama, broccoli and radishes (optional)
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cut and hollow out bowl in loaf to within 1 inch of all sides, leaving center intact. Cut loaf center into bite-size dippers. Brush cut surfaces of bowl and dippers with oil. Arrange bowl cut side up and dippers on baking sheet. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, cook and stir sausage over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked; drain. Stir in salsa and heat until hot.
- Place bowl on platter and spoon in salsa mixture. Sprinkle with onions. Serve with dippers and veggies.
