Brandy Blazer No.2 Recipe

  • 1 lump sugar
  • 1 twist orange peel
  • 1 twist lemon peel
  • 2 to 3 ounces brandy
  1. Rinse an Old-fashioned glass with hot water to warm it. Add the sugar, orange peel, lemon peel, and brandy, and mash with a spoon or muddler. Light brandy and blaze for a few seconds.
