- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 1/2 cups All-Bran® Original
- 3/4 cup turbinado sugar
- Stir together flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt. Set aside.
- In large mixer bowl, on medium speed, beat together margarine, granulated sugar and egg whites until well combined. Mix in vanilla, milk and Kellogg's(R) All-Bran(R) cereal. On low speed, mix in flour mixture until thoroughly combined. Drop by level tablespoon into turbinado sugar, rolling to coat completely. Place about 2 inches apart on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 375 degrees F about 8 minutes or until light brown. Remove from baking sheets and cool on wire racks. Store in airtight container.
