Bran Muffins Recipe
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups wheat bran
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl combine canola oil, sugar, molasses, eggs and milk. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, wheat bran and raisins. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
- Spoon batter into lined muffin tins. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
