Bourbon Balls Recipe

  • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 cup crumbled vanilla or chocolate wafers
  • 2 tbsp cocoa plus more
  • 1 cup powdered sugar plus more
  • 1 1/2 tbsp light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  1. Combine ingredients. Form rounded teaspoonfuls of mixture into small balls. Dust with extra cocoa and powdered sugar. Bourbon balls will keep 2 weeks in an airtight container.
