BOCA® Breakfast Biscuits and Gravy Recipe

  • 4 frozen BOCA Meatless Breakfast Patties
  • 1 (2.64 ounce) package country gravy mix
  • 4 English muffins, toasted or baked biscuits, split
  1. MICROWAVE patties as directed on package.
  2. MEANWHILE, prepare gravy mix in medium saucepan as directed on package. Crumble patties into saucepan; mix well.
  3. PLACE 2 muffin halves on each plate; top with generous 1/2 cup of the gravy mixture
