- 2 oz Monkey Shoulder Scotch
 - 3/4 oz Carpano Antica Formula sweet vermouth
 - 1/4 oz Bénédictine
 - 2 dashes Angostura bitters
 - Lemon peel
 
- Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Stir and strain into a chilled martini glass. Twist lemon peel to release oil and then use as a garnish.
