Blushing Snowballs Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons Strawberry Flavor NESTLE® NESQUIK™ Powder
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
  • 6 large scoops vanilla ice cream
  • Chocolate Flavor NESTLE® NESQUIK™ Syrup
  1. COMBINE Strawberry Flavor Nestle Nesquik powder and water in small bowl. Add coconut; stir until coated. Scoop ice cream into balls. Roll in coconut mixture. Freeze until firm.
  2. TO SERVE, place snowballs in serving dish; top with Chocolate Flavor Nestle Nesquik syrup.
