Blueberry-Peach Shake Recipe

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 pint nonfat vanilla or peach frozen yogurt
  • 2 1/2 cups sliced peaches
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, divided
  1. Puree the orange juice, yogurt, peaches, and 1/2 cup (125 mL) of the blueberries in a blender.
  2. Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with remaining 1/4 cup (50 mL) of blueberries.
