Blueberry Cheesecake Pie (2 Extra Servings) Recipe

  • 1 READY CRUST® 2 Extra Servings Graham Cracker Crust
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and lemon in a mixing bowl. Mix on low speed. Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
  2. Place crust on baking sheet. Pour mixture into crust. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until set.
  3. Cool. Spread blueberry filling on top. Chill 3 hours.
