Blueberries with brown sugar cream Recipe

  • 50g/1žoz blueberries
  • 2 tbsp Greek-style yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp double cream, softly whipped
  • 1 tbsp soft brown sugar
  1. Divide the blueberries between two glass dessert dishes.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Greek-style yoghurt and whipped cream and spoon over the top of the blueberries.
  3. Sprinkle the soft brown sugar over the top of the cream mixture and set aside for ten minutes so the sugar can soak into the cream.
  4. Serve.
