- 50g/1žoz blueberries
- 2 tbsp Greek-style yoghurt
- 4 tbsp double cream, softly whipped
- 1 tbsp soft brown sugar
- Divide the blueberries between two glass dessert dishes.
- In a bowl, mix together the Greek-style yoghurt and whipped cream and spoon over the top of the blueberries.
- Sprinkle the soft brown sugar over the top of the cream mixture and set aside for ten minutes so the sugar can soak into the cream.
- Serve.
