- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 slices white bread
- 85g/3oz Lanark Blue cheese, or other blue cheese
- 3 tsp clear honey
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- Heat a griddle pan until hot. Drizzle the oil over the slices of bread and griddle on both sides until golden-brown. Remove from the pan and place onto a serving plate.
- Crumble the cheese over each slice of bread and drizzle over the honey. Serve garnished with chopped parsley and chives.
