Blue cheese and honey bruschetta Recipe

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 slices white bread
  • 85g/3oz Lanark Blue cheese, or other blue cheese
  • 3 tsp clear honey
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  1. Heat a griddle pan until hot. Drizzle the oil over the slices of bread and griddle on both sides until golden-brown. Remove from the pan and place onto a serving plate.
  2. Crumble the cheese over each slice of bread and drizzle over the honey. Serve garnished with chopped parsley and chives.
