Blackberry Sauce Recipe

  • 3 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar or Splenda Granular
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  1. Bring blackberries, sugar (or Splenda) and water to a simmer in a medium saucepan, stirring occasionally. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve into a bowl. Stir in lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
