- 2 cups fat-free plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 cups fresh blackberries
- 8 mint sprigs (optional)
- In small bowl, whisk yogurt, SPLENDA(R) Granulated Sweetener, honey, poppy seeds, lemon peel, and lemon juice.
- Measure 1/2 cup blackberries into each of 8 dessert dishes. Drizzle 4 tablespoons sauce over berries in each dish. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
