Black Bean & Roasted Red Pepper Dip Recipe

  • 1 (1 ounce) package Lawry's® Taco Spices & Seasonings
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
  1. In food processor, process all ingredients until smooth. Garnish, if desired, with chopped tomato, chopped bell pepper and chopped fresh cilantro and serve with tortilla chips or assorted fresh vegetables.
