Bittersweet Cocoa Recipe
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 6 cups fat free milk
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Frozen whipped nondairy dessert topping, thawed (optional)
- Grated bittersweet chocolate (optional)
- In a large saucepan stir together the cocoa powder and sugar. Stir in the LACTAID(R) Fat Free Milk and chopped bittersweet chocolate. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through and chocolate is melted. Stir in vanilla.
- Serve immediately topped with whipped topping and grated chocolate, if desired.
