- 2 heads Bibb lettuce – rinsed, dried and torn
- 1 large fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 1 ripe pear, cored, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Place the lettuce in a large salad bowl and top with fennel and pear slices. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, oil, honey, and salt. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss.
