Beer Cheese Dip from Hidden Valley® Recipe

  • 1/2 cup beer, or more to taste
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • Chopped green onions (optional)
  1. Combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and dips mix in medium bowl. Gradually stir in beer until mixture reaches desired consistency. Garnish with green onion and additional Cheddar cheese. Serve with pretzels or vegetable pieces.
