Beer-Boiled Corn on the Cob Recipe

  • 3/4 cup beer
  • 6 ears fresh corn, shucked
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  1. Bring beer to a boil in a large pot. Add corn, butter, salt, and seafood seasoning. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook, turning occasionally, until corn is tender, about 15 minutes.
