Beefy Fajitas with a Twist Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless beef top round steak, cut into strips
  • 1 medium green pepper, cut into 2-inch strips
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 (10.25 ounce) can Campbell's® Beef Gravy
  • 8 (8 inch) flour tortilla, warmed
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Pace® Chunky Salsa
  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and cook until browned and juices evaporate, stirring often.
  2. Add pepper and onion and cook until tender-crisp.
  3. Add gravy and heat through. Spoon beef mixture into tortillas. Top with cheese and salsa and wrap. Makes 8 fajitas.
