- 1 tablespoon Safeway SELECT Olive Oil
- 1 pound Rancher's Reserve Top Sirloin Steak, cut for stir-fry
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen Stir-Fry Vegetables
- 1 cup Safeway SELECT Spicy Ginger Cook 'n Grill Sauce
- Heat oil in a large skillet, preferably non-stick, over high heat until very hot. Add beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add vegetables and sauce and stir-fry for 4 minutes or until cooked through. Serve over instant white rice.
