- 1 tablespoon Market Pantry™ vegetable oil
- 1 (8 ounce) beef stir-fry kit
- 8 ounces vegetables
- 1/2 cup Archer Farms™ Teriyaki Marinade
- 3 cups cooked Market Pantry™ white rice
- Heat oil in wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add meat, sprinkling with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
- Add vegetables, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in marinade, and cook for 1-2 minutes more without over cooking beef, until sauce thickens.
- Serve over white rice.
