Beef Stir-Fry Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon Market Pantry™ vegetable oil
  • 1 (8 ounce) beef stir-fry kit
  • 8 ounces vegetables
  • 1/2 cup Archer Farms™ Teriyaki Marinade
  • 3 cups cooked Market Pantry™ white rice
  1. Heat oil in wok or skillet over high heat.
  2. Add meat, sprinkling with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
  3. Add vegetables, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir in marinade, and cook for 1-2 minutes more without over cooking beef, until sauce thickens.
  5. Serve over white rice.
