  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 slices rye bread
  • 1/4 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup pickled red beets
  • 1 leaf lettuce
