- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup Archer Farms™ kansas city barbecue sauce
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Place oven rack in upper third of the oven. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Line 15×10-inch baking pan with sides with parchment or foil; spray with cooking spray.
- Coat the chicken with the sauce and roll in crumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
- Place on baking pan and drizzle with butter. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut to bone.
