- 2 (14 ounce) cans barbecue baked beans
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mild chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Whole-wheat hamburger buns
- Dump the beans, tomatoes, and chili and garlic powders into a large nonstick pan. Cover, and simmer 10 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
