- Crushed ice
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 1 1/2 to 3 ounces liquor or wine, according to taste
- Fruit and mint garnish
- Fill two-thirds of a large goblet with crushed ice. Sprinkle sugar over the ice and add the liquor or wine. Garnish with a slice of orange, pineapple stick and, if you like a sprig of fresh mint.
