Barbecued Burgers Recipe
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 4 KRAFT Singles
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- Preheat broiler. Mix meat, 2 Tbsp. of the barbecue sauce, crumbs and egg. Shape into 4 patties. Place on rack of broiler pan.
- Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until cooked through (160 degrees F), brushing frequently with the remaining barbecue sauce. Top with Singles; broil until Singles begin to melt.
- Fill buns with patties. Top with additional burger toppings, if desired.
