- 1 1/4 pounds boneless pork loin chops, cut into 1 1/2 -inch cubes
- 1/2 cup Archer Farms™ bourbon barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- Heat grill.
- Thread 5 or 6 cubes of pork on 4 metal skewers.
- Combine barbecue sauce and orange peel in small bowl. Brush pork with sauce.
- Place kabobs on grill over medium heat. Cover and cook for about 12 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, turning once.
