- ½ banana
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1½ tsp (7 mL) confectioner’s (icing) sugar
- 2 oz (50 mL) white, amber or dark rum
- 3 ice cubes
- In blender, on high speed, blend banana, lime juice, sugar, rum and ice until smooth. Pour into a highball glass.
