- ½ cup crushed ice
- 1½ ounces light rum
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ ounce Cointreau
- 1 small banana
- 1 lime slice
- Put the ice into a blender. Add the rum, lime juice, Cointreau, and banana, and whirl until the mixture is thick and smooth. Serve it in a large stemmed glass, garnished with the lime.
