- 1/4 cup butter, softened
 - 1/2 cup mashed bananas
 - 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 3 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
 
- Cream together butter, banana, lemon juice and vanilla. Slowly beat in confectioners' sugar, adding more if needed to make a nice fluffy, spreadable icing. Makes about 2 1/3 cups.
