  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  1. In a blender, process the bananas, milk, yogurt, juice and honey until smooth. Serve immediately.
