  • 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  1. Put yogurt, banana, almond butter, and orange juice in blender. Blend until smooth. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
