Balsamic Glazed Steaks Recipe

  • 2 Small Filet Mignon Steaks
  • 1 pinch Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Red Wine
  • 1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 cups Frozen Broccoli
  1. Sprinkle each steak with cracked black pepper.
  2. Sear each fillet by tossing it in to a skillet that has been heated to medium/high heat for one minute on each side.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, wine, vinegar, and broccoli and cook for 8 minutes on medium heat, making sure to turn the steaks mid-way through!
