Baked Rigatoni and Sausage Recipe

  • 4 ounces Archer Farms™ whole wheat fusilli pasta
  • 4 cups ready-to-eat baby spinach
  • 1 (12 ounce) package Archer Farms™ organic sweet Italian style chicken sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 (25.5 ounce) jar Archer Farms™ organic roasted garlic pasta sauce
  • 1 (6 ounce) package Archer Farms™ organic sliced provolone cheese
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package except-cook pasta only 12 minutes. It will be slightly undercooked.
  2. Toss pasta with spinach, sausage and pasta sauce in 13×9-inch (3-quart) baking dish. Top with cheese slices, overlapping slightly.
  3. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and sausage is heated.
