Baked Ham, Swiss, & Red Onion Melt1 Recipe

  • 2 slices EARTH GRAINS® Extra Fiber 100% Multi-Grains bread
  • 2 ounces honey cured or smoked ham, sliced
  • 1/8 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • Sweet mustard
  1. Pre-heat broiler. Toast the bread slices and spread sweet mustard on each half.
  2. Top each slice with 2 ounces ham, 1 slice red onion, and 2 slices of cheese, in that order.
  3. Place halves on cookie sheet and put under the broiler until cheese is melted (about 4-5 minutes). Serve immediately.
