Baked Brie and Buttercrisps Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) wedge Brie cheese
  • 1 (18 ounce) jar peach or apricot preserves
  • Freshly chopped chives
  • 1 (8 ounce) box Keebler® Toasteds® Butter Crisp Crackers
  1. Place Brie in 8x8x2-inch (1-1/2 quart) glass baking dish.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees F for 5 minutes or until soft.
  3. To serve, top a Toasteds(R) Buttercrisp Cracker with a small slice of cheese. Add a dab of preserves. Sprinkle with chives.
