- 2 1/2 ounces Baileys® Caramel Irish Cream Liqueur
- 1/2 ounce Captain Morgan Parrot Bay® Coconut Rum
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Maraschino cherry for garnish
- Pour Baileys Caramel Irish Cream Liqueur, Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Coconut Rum and Angostura Bitters into an ice-filled shaker.
- Shake and roll into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a cherry and parasol.
