Bacon and Onion Cheeseburgers with Steak Fries Recipe

  • 1 (28 ounce) package Market Pantry® frozen steak fries
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 slices Market Pantry bacon, chopped
  • 4 Market Pantry hamburger buns
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  1. Heat grill. Prepare steak fries as directed on package. Shape ground beef into 4 patties.
  2. Cook bacon in skillet until crisp; remove bacon and reserve 1 tablespoon drippings in pan. Add onion and cook until very tender. Remove from heat, stir in barbecue sauce and bacon.
  3. Meanwhile, place patties on grill over medium heat. Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes, turning once, until done or meat thermometer inserted in center reads 160 degrees F. Season.
  4. Serve on buns, topping with cheese and spoonful of onions. Add side of steak fries.
