- 1 (28 ounce) package Market Pantry® frozen steak fries
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 slices Market Pantry bacon, chopped
- 4 Market Pantry hamburger buns
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- Heat grill. Prepare steak fries as directed on package. Shape ground beef into 4 patties.
- Cook bacon in skillet until crisp; remove bacon and reserve 1 tablespoon drippings in pan. Add onion and cook until very tender. Remove from heat, stir in barbecue sauce and bacon.
- Meanwhile, place patties on grill over medium heat. Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes, turning once, until done or meat thermometer inserted in center reads 160 degrees F. Season.
- Serve on buns, topping with cheese and spoonful of onions. Add side of steak fries.
