- 1/2 cup soft cream cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup finely chopped dates
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry or orange juice
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion
- 1/3 cup chopped almonds, toasted
- Stir together cream cheese, bacon, dates, sherry, parsley and green onion. (For crunchiest texture, stir in almonds just before serving.) Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or up to 2 days.
- To serve, stir in almonds and spoon spread in small serving dish. Set dish in center of large platter and surround with Keebler(R) Toasteds(R) Crackers.
