- 1/4 cup BACARDI® Gold Rum
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/4 cup honey
- Confectioners' sugar
- 2 cups ground walnuts
- In a medium bowl, combine walnuts and wafer crumbs.
- Stir in BACARDI(R) Gold Rum and honey.
- Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in confectioners' sugar. Store in a tightly covered container.
