Baby Romaine Salad Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Marzetti® Light Caesar Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 (5 ounce) package Marzetti® Large Cut Caesar Croutons
  • 1 (5 ounce) package baby green and red romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Parmesan or Romano peels, loosely packed (see Note)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
  1. In a bowl, toss together lettuce, parmesan peels, tomatoes and Marzetti croutons. Pour Marzetti Light Caesar Dressing over all and toss well. Serve.
