Autumn Spiced Sugar Recipe

  • Food processor
  • 2 cups granulated sugar 500 mL
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon 15 mL
  • 1 tsp freshly ground nutmeg 5 mL
  • ½ tsp ground cloves 2 mL
  • ¼ tsp sea salt 1 mL
  1. In a food processor fitted with metal blade, combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt and process until fine, about 90 seconds.
  2. Toss warm donuts into sugar to coat completely.
