- Food processor
- 2 cups granulated sugar 500 mL
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon 15 mL
- 1 tsp freshly ground nutmeg 5 mL
- ½ tsp ground cloves 2 mL
- ¼ tsp sea salt 1 mL
- In a food processor fitted with metal blade, combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt and process until fine, about 90 seconds.
- Toss warm donuts into sugar to coat completely.
