Asparagus Recipe

  • 4 pounds thin asparagus spears, ends trimmed
  • Melted butter
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  1. Bring 3 inches of lightly salted water to boil in a large shallow pan. Add the asparagus and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes, just until tender. Drain and serve hot with melted butter and lemon juice.
