- 1/2 (18 ounce) package organic extra firm tofu, cut into 1/2-inch squares
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Archer Farms™ Chinese 5 spice
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 (16 ounce) package Archer Farms™ Asian stir-fry vegetables
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- Place tofu squares in small bowl; toss with flour and spice.
- Heat oil over high heat in large non-stick frying pan or wok. Add tofu squares. Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until light golden in color. Remove from pan; set aside.
- In same pan stir-fry vegetables 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp tender.
- Mix sauces. Pour over vegetables. Add cooked tofu. Stir-fry an additional 2 minutes or until hot.
