Artichoke Gratin Recipe

  • 2 (9 ounce) packages frozen artichoke hearts
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons plain dried bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herb seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. Place the artichokes in a colander and rinse well with cold water to separate. Drain well, then pat dry with paper towels. Place in the prepared pie plate and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic, and oil. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the artichokes.
