Artichoke Dip II Recipe

  • 2 (6.5 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and chile peppers. Transfer the mixture to a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
