Armenian Jajukh Recipe

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt (such as Mountain High®)
  • 1/2 clove garlic, crushed, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon crushed dried mint, or to taste
  • 2 pinches salt
  1. Mix cucumbers and yogurt together in a bowl. Mix in garlic until fully incorporated. Add mint and salt; mix well.
