ArcLight Cinemas Martini Recipe

  • 2 1/2 ounces Malibu rum
  • 2 1/2 ounces blue curacao
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce Sprite
  • Maraschino cherry, for garnish
  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the rum, blue curacao, juice and Sprite. Shake, and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the cherry.
